On Monday June 29, hundreds of tenants across NYC gathered for the Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) Final Vote and demanded the City not increase the rent for rent-stabilized tenants. Up against billionaires and a dysfunctional state, we won the first rent freeze in 46 years for 2.5 million rent stabilized tenants.
