Our benefits are designed to support staff tenures across different stages of life and include: 100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision for the employee, 20 vacation days per year, 20 sick days per year, 3 personal days per year, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 12 weeks paid sabbatical after five years, annual professional development fund, and options for a 401k account.
Compensation Philosophy
To ensure equity across different class and cultural backgrounds, CAAAV is a negotiation-free workplace. Our salaries are determined by a standardized scale based on role and experience. We separate salary from performance because we believe in having honest, direct feedback about growth and leadership development without the pressure of financial stakes.
